Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our remote support team. The successful candidate will assist customers by phone, email, and online chat, provide accurate information, resolve routine issues, and ensure a professional customer experience.

This is a fully remote, full-time position for candidates located in the United States.
